I actually had someone from Stratford Theatre Royal whining at me a few years back that they couldn't get their black audience up no matter what they did. No matter what shows they put on to appeal to them or how many black actors they cast or how much they pandered to what the "community leaders" told them they needed to do. It isn't just the theatre who noticed this trend either, a black actor friend was really frustrated that he could only get his family to go to the plays he was in he couldn't get them to take any interest in theatre at all otherwise.

This is just the latest in a long line of desperate measures trying to solve a problem that is actually quite unwoke to try to solve. If black people don't want to go to the theatre and don't enjoy then isn't trying to convince them their taste and values are wrong white supremacy.

A similar conversation took place last year when a commentator stated that Glastonbury Festival was too white. I'm not sure what the expected outcome of such an observation could be when there is literally no prejudice in the ticket process whatsoever. People choose where they want to go, they can neither force people into an environment where they hold no interest, nor hold any different racial groups accountable without sounding like retards or lunatics.
