How do they write so much and never mentioned what actually happened before the choke. Was he attacking someone else and the marine stepped in to help?

From the article it's impossible to know if the guy did something good or bad.

I believe they assume the reader is already familiar with the story, it's big news. There was a homeless black guy threatening people on the NY subway, guy by the name of Jordan Neely, and a former white marine named Daniel Perry put him in a chokehold for 15 minutes and Neely died. Originally the police release Penny, but the left wingers started trying to make Neely a martyr, although quickly on Twitter it was revealed this guy was arrested over 40 times and has threatened other people. Penny was arrested due to the pressure from the left wing campaign, but now there's also a lot of support behind Penny now that people know what kind of person Neely was.

I was wondering about that too. Didn't they block the donations on the Rittenhouse GoFundMe and when it was moved to GiveSendGo that donor list got hacked and released?

Good. I hope he is acquitted. The real criminal here is NYC. They failed that homeless man time and time again. At worst, that marine is an accessory to their crime, because their inaction was a direct cause of that man's death.
