If we go from a paper currency system to a completely new digital system then they are most likely going to give you a period of time to turn in your paper currency that you have in your possession.

What about people like the Narco drug dealers that have mountains of cash and other people that have private stashes of cash? You can't just show up and say I have 75 billion dollars of currency and I want to convert it without immediately being charged with tax evasion or other crimes.

How will drug dealers sell drugs at the street level because that's how most drug transactions happen at the core level?

They'll probably use Bitcoin.

There will be "flaws" built into the CBDC to allow black market transactions. (((They))) will pretend that there are blind spots in the system creating plausible deniability for why the government does not stop that illegal activity.

Mean while they will use their total control of economic activity to enforce their will.

As for drugs, they will be legalized.
