You don't hear about this much because the perpetrators are all black, and violent black people don't exist.

It's not that they "don't exist", but it's not their fault that they exist. Emotional "reasoning" is what leads people to not hold others accountable for their own actions.

They didn’t arrest a person..they arrested a nigger.
