The defamation suit against Fox News by Dominion is going swimmingly, and looks to be heading to trial.

Now the Smartmatic one is starting to move forwards too.

For context the combined damages sought by the plaintiffs are about quarter of the value of Fox News, and also about a quarter of annual revenues.

Dominion should end up paying Foxnews a shitload of money for this lawsuit. It should also give us a good look into Dominion's election interference.
