Unfortunately no one in government will do the right thing and force the responsible party to pay for cleanup.

This should lead to new regulations that will prevent a repeat. But I won't be holding my breath. Unlike Ohioans.

This necessitates various wildlife agency responses and makes things hard to cover up. If government agencies aren't out there counting dead fish, then you know corruption is afoot. Counting dead fish is a common response to assessing ecological damage to farmers spraying roundup from planes or other types of ecological disasters.
