If he didn't make it about partisanship, I would support his position.

Why is a representative moonlighting as a prosecutor? That seems wholly messed up.

Yet, the crybaby bitch, who intentionally or unintentionally, killed someone, has no right to be tried by people of similar political ideology. Even bringing up the partisan differences to him and the prosecutor, detract from his reasonable criticism of separate branches of government, making that motivation clearly an attempted deception of the court.
