Let me know when this faggot goes to jail. Won’t happen. Not even a book and release. Bet me.

I’ve already made my argument on this matter in another thread so here:

As much as I can’t stand Alec he is innocent of any wrongdoing imo. He was not responsible for loading the gun, and I think it’s unreasonable to expect him to unload the gun to check if the ammunition was blanks instead of bullets. Thus I believe a reasonable person would find him innocent of even involuntary manslaughter.

they do not have different laws apply to actors on a set

No but circumstances matter, and as I’ve already stated I believe it is unreasonable to expect him to check the ammunition when the set “expert” was responsible for loading the gun with the proper ammunition.

As I have stated before on this topic in response to another comment on another thread/post, you and this theory are wrong. Per NRA handgun safety regulations and literal common sense, when you are handed a firearm, irregardless of its stated condition/status, you are to “clear” the firearm yourself. This mean that if I clear the chamber of a gun right in front of you and hand it off to you, you are to then replicate the clearing process before the gun can be considered safe. That is the rule. There is no other rule.

Is that rule the law in NM?
