I think it's weird that they are just going to sneak this as a common food ingredient now.

Hm, fair enough.
I have heard people complain about the bug stuff for a while. I guess taking the arguments for eating bugs at face value it seemed like a good idea to me, bugs are used as food in other parts of the world for a long time, they are easier to farm maybe, etc.
Some people seem really against it though, and I hadn't really heard why, so I wanted to know what people think is bad about it.

I don't have anything against people eating bugs if that's what they want to do, but it's clear that this has nothing to do with individual volition. Billionaires like Bill Gates are displacing farmers and buying land all over the world (India, The Netherlands, The US, you name it...) and now they want to dictate all of humanity what we are supposed to eat. It's like they want to knock traditional farmers out of business and get everyone forcibly hooked on their heavily industrialized slop. This is just another front on which they want to exert population control and become the masters of the world in the future to come.

I didn't know about that.
It seemed like people thought eating bugs was actually not a good idea too. I wanted to know why, maybe there's something I don't know about. For me all I know is that they're generally not a traditional food in my culture, except for maybe ants in candy. And that some of them are dirty or poisonous.

To be honest I wouldn't be the one to know if it's healthy or not. Like you said, many people around the world eat them and it's fine. I do take issue with this on the other grounds I mentioned though.

Those faggotty euros will bend over for anyone and anything. At least the French admit they are cheese eating surrender monkeys.
