Who uses Facebook?

Booobi3s.

I'm ok with this, but there should be some way to prevent this from being sent to children. Keep it off of trending and suggested content.

Porn is already all over the internet, but the kids who were taught well by their parents and don't go looking for it should not have it shoved in their face.

It was also unintended for individuals without a .edu email address to have a Facebook. Old ppl had to go to myspace. I remember, cuz I used my email to join and it would show you other students in your uni.

Things change. I highly doubt, without some form of providing govt ID, you can really keep kids off

Not really no. But well, other thing is even if there's no porn on Facebook, you can easily find porn by just going to google and searching "porn".

I completely agree that it's too easy for kids to get ahold of it now but I think everyone who is concerned about kids seeing it on Facebook or some other specific website are missing the point entirely. Seeing a random pair of tits once or twice isn't going to scar a kid. Babies see tits all the time. It's context, you gotta monitor everything your kid does online if you wanna keep them from porn. And you also gotta not flip out when they inevitably do find it because if you do you'll just teach them to hide it better.

You could I suppose go full Luddite these days to try to keep them from it but that has its own set of disadvantages.

I think in general the best way to keep kids from porn is to just keep an eye on what they are doing online and don't let them have their own computer or phone until they are old enough to pay for it themselves. But you also gotta tell them why porn is bad for them. Similar to drugs. You can't just go full moralist they'll just rebel against you at some point. You got to explain why it's not the parents rule that it's bad, but that it's actually not good for them and ultimately not something they are gonna want.

We can see tits, but only if they've been mutilated. Got it.

    Normalization of the abnormal again.

So all the women who want to show their boobies can change their profile gender to unicorn, because anyone can decide they are trans at any time and nobody can question it right? I'd love to see some terfs post some titties and sue Facebook for removing them

Well how does this make sense?

Sense? This is 2023 - sense is racist and anti-science.

Women are burying their own rights by being tolerant

    [–]Oyveygoyim 2 insightful - 1 fun2 insightful - 0 fun3 insightful - 1 fun -  (1 child)

They should've never been given rights because they are the most easily manipulated people on earth.

I wish I didn't agree that they are easily manipulated and have lead us to this awful place.

I now understand why they didn't and shouldn't have those same rights. A voice in the household is sufficient.

I am sure nobody will abuse this.

Thus ensuring that nobody will be looking at those bare "breasts".
