If we see an increase in heart attacks post-COVID, couldn't these be just as likely to have been caused by COVID itself and not the vaccine? It's jumping to conclusions blaming one over the other.

If we see an increase. Has anyone yet determined whether or not there has been a significant increase since pre-2019?

Everytime these stories come out they feed into the counter narrative but a counter narrative is still a narrative. We're these people vaccinated or not? Is the rate this is happening higher or not? Or is it simply being reported more because random person nobody knows about dying from a heart attack is a pretty normal occurrence even before the pandemic but it wouldn't be news worthy without the current vaccine angle so you likely wouldn't have heard about it or remembered if you did.

Young musician died from heart attack? My guess would be coke.

Exactly. I suspect we're just hearing about cases like this more and the numbers themselves haven't changed.
