Isn’t Penn State where the coach got caught butt fucking a little boy in the showers?

WTF does this have to do with Sociology? Can you imagine if he told gay students to watch straight porn?

While sexual orientation definitely has sociological impact, this particular case can be interpreted as the professor stating "you may be more gay than you think" - not so much as to give students an idea of how homosexuals are perceived or treated in society, but more as to sway them toward homosexuality in a purely sexual context. If you view the vid posted on that page, it's pretty clear that that professor is as light in his loafers as they come, and I wouldn't be surprised if he was using his course just to get some of his straight male students to 'experiment'. It's pretty well known that the holy grail to gay men is to "convert" straight guys right into the sack, and the university teacher/student sexual relationship is as old as society itself. Just look at ancient Greece.

I find it hypocritical that if a heterosexual male (maybe female not so much) professor tried to say the same thing to LGBTQ people, or even just intimated that "hey, most of you wouldn't even be a thing if it weren't for heterosexuals," he'd lose his job.
