She's not, I'm Indo-European and could Convert to Judaism and become a Jew. Jews are NOT a race, if they were I wouldn't have 13% ashkenazi genetics due to Polish ancestry. They are racialists practicing a cult religion.

You could, but culturally I've heard that converts aren't consider Jews. For example, a Jewish family would not want you to marry their child because you're not a full-blooded Jew.

No, that's not really an issue. You are confusing the problem of orthodox not considering liberal or reform Jews to be really Jewish. They won't accept a spouse whose mother converted via liberal Judaism.
