I remember that Pennsylvania case. The Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled that the legally required bipartisan election observers, the only security and oversight permitted due to privacy laws, were not legally required to even be allowed in the same room with ballot counters (which some 2020 ballot counting operations they were not permitted to be) to do their State Constitutional duties. This shocking ruling made Giuliani's case, supported by Democrats and Republicans alike, arguing that observers were not permitted to effectively do their job in 2020, a moot argument...
