What are you going to do if there's antibodies in the blood from hundreds of thousands of exposures to infections throughout the life of the donor?

I thought the same thing but apparently they have been able to source their own blood that they are "happy with".

What if the people who gave the blood have been exposed to some anitgen at some point in their life?

It'll have antibodies!
