This is a waste of taxpayer dollars. Unlike what trans activists would have you believe, most troons aren't oppressed sex workers who can't get a job due to twansphobia -- most troons are lazy NEETs who spend all day edging to hentai, playing video games, surfing Twatter, and chatting on Discord. They could easily get a job if they wanted to due to their hallowed trans status, but they're too lazy to do so.
