Respectfully, polite society won’t do shit. Polite society let things get to this point.

This stops either due to external forces (war or economic crisis where people are too busy staying alive and feeding their families to care about offending the freaks), or when good people decide they have to do bad things.

You can remain polite while going hard. The issue is not that society is polite. Society is weak. Weakness and politeness are not the same.
