We'd be better off if Biden keeled over from his 20th aneurysm, and Harris had to take over. Why, you ask? Harris is almost as hated by establishment Democrats as she is by everyone else. She would be an utterly powerless lame duck and unable to enact a single policy. Essentially, things would improve simply by dint of the executive not being allowed to touch things.
