My brother has two sons who left their bikes unchained in the front yard, they got stolen. Two black children down the street had them, so he talked to the parents who suggested he go to Walmart and buy two more bikes for his sons. They didn't want to give up the stolen bikes. He called the cops but they didn't want to do anything about it.
