There is a ton of black on asian crimes in the Bay Area where I live, amazingly none of the stories about it in the news ever mention that its literally only black people assaulting asian folks. Why aren't we allowed to call this out? It is quite hypocritical to ignore these racially motivated hate crimes from the same group that is campaigning for racial justice. The black community should be ashamed of this, and put social pressure on their peers to live up to the ideals they are asking for.

Of course liberals don't want to talk about these crimes. They don't care about non-whites. They're just anti-white. The worst part is that there are a lot of young Asian liberal women who whinge about being victims of racism, but will never talk about black-on-Asian hate crimes.

Well I'm a liberal (although not really recognizable as one anymore) and I want to talk about it.

I am disgusted with what the 'liberals' have become. Wokeness is just another type of racism, and is what is driving this reactionary wave of racism as a backlash against it. I'm with MLK jr, content of the character, not the color of the skin and all that old liberal stuff.

You know what else used to be liberal? Opposing US imperial wars like is happening in Ukraine.

And you know what else used to be a liberal value? Freedom of speech. The ACLU once defended the rights of the KKK to march, they are uncrecognizable as that entity today, and have betrayed every last one of their principles

Bodily Autonomy? Only for 'people with vaginas', fuck me if I dont want to get vaccinated though.

Nobody in our political system on either side seems to stand for anything but whatever the special interests of their donors happen to be at the moment, this country is in deep shit. Anyways, thats enough of my ranting for now, its pretty lonely being a liberal with these views nowadays

I am a registered Democrat, I voted for Bernie Sanders in the last two primaries, although I refused to cast a vote for Hillary or Biden and voted 3rd party in the generals

Sure they're here. There's a group of about six, and recently they added a few new people. They wouldn't be devoting more resources to Saidit unless it was a threat.

I think the only guys who didn't jump the liberal ship are the ones who have no idea the sources they're reading have been corrupted, seems common here with Socks and co.

It's been mentioned numerous times in mainstream conservative circles controlled by the government, but conservatives don't care enough about Asians for it to really pick up and there are a thousand other useless things they're promoting like "white genocide" or "anti-whiteness" even though the ppl being attacked are Asians.
