Having recently proclaimed he wouldn't rule out nuclear retaliation for state hacking against the US, if this report is true, Biden seems to have put our country in yet another dangerous and a precarious position.

Who's "he"? can you show me a source where he says that? Xi's daughter and the children of a bunch of other leaders live in the US, there's zero threat

Biden. The Biden administration published their PPR (Nuclear Posturing Review), dropping the long held "deterrent only" standing and including "cyber attacks" in the list of "extreme circumstances" that may result in preemptive nuclear offensive attack from the US. Biden made public statements dancing around, but reaffirming, this official position, using soft terms like "any means necessary."

This resulted in huge and embarrassing worldwide gasp and outrage, so most news outlets have tried to hide their breaking articles about it and flood new articles that slide the topic, not mentioning the nuclear part, and cleaning it up. He also later had to back track and do a anti-nuclear escalation tour with foreign countries, to cool down his own escalations, and fears that he had provoked Russia with nuclear threats. News outlets covered this positive seeming effort extensively, as if it was purely about Biden being pro-active about Russia's non-instigated possible nuclear use in Ukraine.

I misread that, I thought you said some Chinese hack threatened with nuclear war.

There were rumors a decade or so ago of the deep state wanting a nuclear war as a part of their global reset plans. Another idea, written in the RAND report, was to incite a regional war against China, which would lopsidedly cause more damage them than the US.
