It's incredible how obedient some have become, kneeling down before any government agency in awe and admiration over any claim they make to be true. The US said they had no labs in Ukraine, dismissing it as Russian disinformation, they later admit to funding or operating 46 labs in Ukraine. Fauci said no gain of function research had ever taken place, the NIH documents tell otherwise. Fauci is a snake.

By your standard, you'd argue that the US does not have military bases overseas despite being stations in 750 locations in around 80 countries being that they only 'improve security and surveillance' of those areas. Don't be so naive.
