LOL, I read it as:

Mysterious illness killing young dogs in Michigan has been identified: (the cause is the) Officials

And then I LOLed again, because here in Australia when they started the devastating lock downs, a lot of governments went around shooting all the dogs in pounds because no one was allowed to look after them. hahaha. big lols.

I had a vaccinated dog die of parvo long ago, it sucks.
