When I shared reports about rice shortages, u/Canbot instructed us to "eat potatoes". But there are potato shortages. So, what now?

As for me, I will continue to turn away from sin and trust the Lord to provide. The plagues of famine, war, and disease are directly related to man's sin and rejection of God. If we turn away from wickedness, and pray, he will save us, but time is up. The judgments are already falling. But you can still be saved if you turn to Jesus.

Now the rice is back in stock so eat the rice.

There will always be SOMETHING out of stock. If you allow yourself to be so easily manipulate into fear you will never know a moments peace.

LOL, you switched back to rice. No rice? You say eat potatoes. No potatoes? You say eat rice. What are you going to do when there is nothing left?

I am trying to warn you to prepare, for your sake. There is nothing worldly for me to gain by sharing the warnings. It is our adversary that wants you to stay asleep and do nothing to prepare, until it is too late, so that you would find yourself stuck in their trap, feeling like there is no way out. People will literally sell their soul for a little food, taking the mark of the beast. Please do not ignore the warnings. There is no way to survive what is coming without God's help.

There is no fear when you trust the Lord, not man, to provide.

I am not a shill. Who would pay me to tell you to prepare for famine and to trust the Lord Jesus Christ, the one the world killed upon a cross?

What about you? Are you a shill? Because it is more likely that the rich and powerful leaders would pay people to pose as civilians and tell the other civilians that everything is fine, do nothing to prepare, and to keep following the wide path that leads to destruction.

These are manufactured shortages and they are obviously being orchestrated at some level. We need to figure out who is behind it.

Some parts of that article do make it sound less serious:

“The harvest is starting in Idaho this week,” said Higham. “But it's not like you're starting and the pipeline is full. It's going to take several weeks for us to ramp up. It'll get better every week, but by after Labor Day, I feel like we'll be shipping a pretty good amount of potatoes.” But it is still rather bizarre to be in Idaho of all places, and there’s a shortage of potatoes.

But they also said the cause of the shortage was bad weather last year and this year the weather may have been worse, meaning the potato shortages could be much worse next year.
