Russia has a decreasing population.

It doesn't matter what titles you give people, if people don't see a good future ahead in their country they won't have kids.

Russia has a slightly declining population, and they're young-people-heavy compared to Europe

Because the life expectancy is lower so the boomer generation is dying off there already.
