It's not so much a fad as it is a public health crisis. The chemicals in our food and water, the injections we're given as babies, the amount of porn we're watching, the backlit screens that are disrupting our sleep, the sedentariness, and the lack of sunlight are probably the main culprits.

It is crazy to compare the amount of test in an average man compared to just a few generations ago. Our environment has been corrupted. Imagine how much plastic, dairy, beer, and soy the typical guy consumes.

People used to pretty much live on beer and dairy in the past so I'm not sure what your point is with them.
