Probably heavily photoshopped by the troon, it doesn't even look like the other pic of him.

But also plastic surgery and very heavy makeup.

He couldn't even match his foundation to his skin tone. Although sometimes lighter skin is a female trait AGP men fetishise. Particularly the anime freaks.
