I thought the reporting requirement was a good thing, but you highlight how it may absolve the legal requirement of immediately contacting authorities and allow easily hiding such crimes, like in the way it was done in this instance.

Lying to the abortionist who is legally required to report it, seems more likely the real reason for getting the procedure out of state, than the obvious lie of being turned away by medical professionals who would lose their job for doing so.

Most single mothers either don’t tell their baby daddies that they have children (so the fathers don’t know), or those single mothers deny the fathers rights to be in their children's lives. In the vast majority of cases, the father wants to be there for the child, but he’s not allowed to. Because fathers have no rights in America, and single mothers get more money in gibs and child support than they do from the father's wages. Get rid of gibs for single mothers, give rights to unmarried and married fathers, and abolish child support. Single motherhood declines significantly, with most single mothers being widows.

    I support abortion in cases of risk to the mother's life or health, or if the mother is a child. Though young girls would be significantly less likely to get raped if single motherhood was rare and not promoted. If the girl had her father in her life, she wouldn’t have been raped. The rapist would have known he’d get killed.
