But you know....dogs cannot even use computers. Unless your cafe was supposed to be actualy for human customers but it would just had dogs inside to pet and play with, like those cat cafes in Japan.

If dogs can't see computers I think that's a major flaw in my plan. I was thinking they could watch dog-related fail GIFs and perhaps use a simplified version of Club Penguin.
