No he didn't. He said

investigations should have looked into the role of "what appears to be professional agitators" present during the riot.

Wow who would have thought the 70 year old trump fan who refused to call out the national guard - would have said they APPEAR to be professional. Why didn't he call the guard to deal with these people who look professional? Would have been the smart dutiful thing to do no? The guy's a trumpist boomer, fortunately we don't have to worry about him any more .

I wonder whether the people who bought tactical gear and handcuffs were the ones he thought looked professional. I wonder whether the Oath Keepers who formed tactical ranks and walked lockstep were the ones he thought looked professional. I wonder whether the guys with pipe bombs and precached arms stashes were the ones he thought looked professional. Guess it will all come out anyway so it doesn't matter now

And yet he suddenly died days before he was due to testify. I guess we'll never know! Best not to investigate, we might find the thing was as staged as a Broadway production of Lion King.

Here's a clue: whenever anyone has damaging testimony to reveal, and suddenly dies, it's not a coincidence. Jeffrey Epstein didn't kill himself.
