Every once in awhile you hear the term in this context, so everyone should know what "dual purpose" research is; it is researching to protect against diseases and weaponize it, at the same time.

Yeah, having 46 bioloabs in Ukraine is somewhat more incriminating than the original claim of none. The US government has sunken pretty low over the last couple of decades with incidents harming their credibility, I would think the international community would have had enough of the nonsense by now...
