    It's a sanctuary city, what would you expect. And besides, they don't need n education caust there earning $15 an hour.

    China with its 1.3 billion is entirely merit-based. What does the SF school hope to achieve by letting anyone in? It's all right to shoplift, you don't have to study to get into the good schools, and everything will be provided so you don't have to lift a finger.

    There is a simple solution to this. Just get rid of the grading system. Ds and Fs are bad for self esteem anyway! They should adopt a big smile/small smile grading system instead!
