Wisconsin often baffles me. The entirety of the state is filled with people that literally make you think they all live next to tainted water and microwaves that cook your brain. Literally some of the dumbest, slowest, painfully hard to talk to idiots I've ever met. They seem like the last people that would be so woke, seeing as they are still stuck on what 2 plus 3 is, yet I keep reading these stories out of Wisconsin. It's weird.

They are 2nd, 3rd, and 4th generation post immigration and they still have not assimilated American culture. It's almost lie they are really ignorant immigrants that can speak English they just don't really understand it. Book smart but culturally dumb.
