You really need to start reading your own links.

Identifying, penetrating, and neutralizing foreign intelligence operations is the gig on that side of the house. It is common for such cases to go on for years, and when and if resolved, are not privy to the public domain.

    Uh, you read that? They caught a white collar nobody in Philly, that's a front page bust... What the fuck is their budget? I was kinda talking general shit, but the more you dig into this for me the more disgusting it gets! This looks like waste and mismanagement at the highest levels of government.
