That's where my thinking is as well. What two people do with each other is up to them as long as they are both on board. That's their business and in the end it doesn't effect society other then now there is an expectation of tolerance. (I.E. two guys kissing in public)
But transgender's are trying to get society to change it's very outlook and core values/language that has been in place for thousands of years so that a tiny, small, fraction of the population feels better. There is an expectation that everyone has to be not only tolerant or even accepting but full on participate. This expectation is outrageous and seems more like a type of passive power grab.
