Video appears to show looting has begun in Shanghai. ~ ~ ~ This might have been the plan: 1. Lockdown 2. People run out of food and get hungry 3. People panic and begin stealing food 4. Military takes control 5. Total dictatorship 6. Mark of the beast required to buy or sell anything.
