Without reading the article, responding just to the title:

The simple question at the heart of the destruction of our system: are all individuals to be treated equally by power? SJWs profoundly do not believe in this ideal. They believe "minorities" (defined in whatever way is convenient for each situation) must explicitly be advantaged to create their perceived "ideal outcome".

The delusion they suffer under is believing they are capable of possessing sufficient wisdom to correctly identify said "ideal outcome". Such a beast doesn't exist, and because it doesn't, all attempts to force their beliefs regarding one immediately make social relations infinitely worse, never better.

The genius of the ideal of equal treatment of INDIVIDUALS (ALL individuals) under the law is that it bypasses this delusion. While there has never been a system that actually reaches the ideal (SJWs correctly note there is injustice present with the ideal in place), the alternatives to it are all inherently worse.

Long story short, while the ideal of equal treatment by power has never been achieved in human society, it is still the best option available, and explicitly rejecting it, as the SJWs have, is a surefire route to societal disintegration. Presto, our current society is the perfect proof of this disintegration in play.

It's almost like they need a court to figure out that state forced discrimination and racism is a bad way to go about counter acting their perceived discrimination and racism.
