Aw man, this is awesome. Legal Insurrection covered this case from the beginning. A black student shoplifted and they called the bakery racist. It blew up and became a major story, and nobody bothered to get the facts of the case and the media pounced. Well, the judge certainly got the facts. The college was guilty, guilty, guilty and yet even with the verdict, they still said they were in the right and the tiny bakery was wrong. 100% pure left-wing punching down on the little guy.

This is the real truth. The left keeps claiming they are punching up with their attacks and "defending the little guy" but the reality is the left is in power and is using that power to attack those who are weaker. Their agenda is purely racist and they pull no punches against the weak. Yet they will never criticize jewish people who are by any measure the most powerful, wealthy, well connected, privileged people by several orders of magnitude.
