Jenner would take his balls out of women's spaces and take off his woman costume if he truly cared about women.

That's the thing with him: his balls aren't in anyone else's space. He's a very wealthy boomer. Like all aristocrats, he is free to pursue every decadent whim completely without limiting social interactions.

Jenner, in particular if you've followed his public statements, really has no political ideas about his fetish. That's why they had to assign "Jenny" Boyland to his reality show.
