Could be legit.

Could be a setup.

Australian Pro LGBT groups (their police) have been setting people up for years.
People have fled Australia in exile.

I don't know the details but these types of charges come all too frequently following any opposition to the Jew agenda. This is how they silence us. Think of how many people have been rabbit holed on child molestation charges. Nobody is going to balk at putting one away but every time it seems fishy. Then they cut a deal that includes their silence.
