That rubric table is quite telling. I might use it if I setup an Ethnostate, low scores only - -2 points if male:
If a patient is 12 or older, then scores based on following:
Age: 3 pts for every decade live (23 = 6 points, 84 = 24 points)
Gender: 2 points for being male
Race/Ethnicity: 7 points if Non-White or Hispanic
Dyspnea: 4 points if Dyspnea or Breathing Problem as a RFV past 365 days
Diabetes: 3 pts if Diabetes on Problem List or Encounter/Invoiced Diagnosis Past 365 days or Has Diabetes HM
Obese: 1 point if BMI >= 35
Asthma: 1 point if Asthma on Problem List or Encounter/Invoiced Diagnoses Past 365 days
Hypertension: 1 point if Hyptertension on Problem List or Encounter/Invoiced Diagnosis Past 365 days

One of the largest hospital systems in the United States gave race more weight than diabetes, obesity, asthma, and hypertension combined in its allocation scheme for COVID treatments, only to reverse the policy after threats of legal action.

Racism isn't illegal, but racial discrimination by the state or by certain types of private businesses (see Civil Rights Act) is.

Apparently someone worked out that if you bother to account for wealth, lifestyle illnesses and severity of covid symptoms when entering hospital black and white people have equal outcomes. So racist doctors weren't killing black people after all.

Blacks are disproportionately unvaccinated, a fact the media stubbornly refuses to report.
