Clickbait, the man is not a domestic terrorist. He was not convicted of any crimes related to domestic terrorism. He was convicted of assault with a hammer.

PORTLAND, Ore.—A Texas man was sentenced to federal prison today for assaulting a Deputy U.S. Marshal with a construction hammer during a July 2020 protest in Downtown Portland.

The DOJ's own website announcing the sentencing does not call him a domestic terrorist nor mentions the word terrorism in their press release.
