This is hardly a pointless verdict, everyone believed Smollett and shouted "racism" because it was what they wanted to say already. Him being smacked down is justice.

Yes, probably. I'd see if imprisoned, if he is actually held in the prison. A lot of times these stories turn out to be PsyOps by actors. I could care less about him though.
