I really hope we get a follow up on this story and see how the suit goes.

My guess is a settlement with a NDA but still, would love to see what comes of this suit.

We need more people fighting this stuff and not going silent. I want people to know that I was fired earlier this year from Ubisoft Toronto for "hateful social media comments" (at a time when I was speaking against the trans movement). They offered me two weeks extra severance if I signed a non disparagement agreement. I refused. I contacted a lawyer to see about suing them. He said he could gaurantee me a $25,000 (after his cut) settlement, but that I would likely have to sign a NDA. I refused again.

This is a cult trying to take over our institutions and eradicate common sense unlike anything that has existed in human history. At least to my knowledge. They operate by silencing their victims. I refused to be silenced, and I encourage others to do the same. Hell if you are in a situation where you need settlement money and must sign an NDA, keep telling your story anonymously. They will absolutely win if we don't fight back verbally.

Exeter is an elite private boarding school. Extremely expensive.

It's probable that this student has a family with deep pockets.

It would be interesting if the family of this student sued the school and demanded Exeter provide concrete evidence supporting it's multi-gender assertion.
