Adding insult to injury, it's not just the local apes, many drive in from the nearby cities just to fuck up the stores since city allows it. That city is beyond fucked and how the locals are still coping is beyond me.

Of course, it's always someone else's fault. The reality is that criminals vote to decriminalize crime. That they succeeded shows that the town is populated by a majority of criminals.
