Is that what the kids are calling "rape" these days? I remember when it meant something to rape someone. Yes it meant something heinous, that's the point. Rape is more than just non-consensual. It's not like there's two kinds of sex, consensual and nonconsensual. That's like saying there's two kinds of prize fighting: the kind where a group raises money and offers a big prize to winner and a smaller second place prize to the loser, and the kind where the prize is your wallet and the second place prize is just the worse end of a beating.

Originally rape just meant carrying a woman off without her parents' or husband's permission so your personal definition is just that.

There's never been one agreed upon meaning but the meaning in law in most countries is forced or coerced penetration.

Obviously if there's no consent it's forced, men don't just accidently fall into women.

obama and dems are probably thinking the sex was consensual, she just lied to her dad about it after saying she was raped. Girls lie about it a lot. Of course they can't say that.

There is a second victim at another school as well. That's the kid of the father who was arrested for complaining.

The juvenile court trial heard how the girl and boy were friends and had previously 'hooked up' with her consent, but that on May 28, he attacked her.

He also told detectives in some of his early statements that he 'stopped' because he knew he was 'hurting the girl', but also claimed the sexual assault only happened when his 'knee length skirt got caught on his watch'.

The pair chatted daily on an app called Discord, according to the boy's attorney, and regularly discussed sex. They had met up in the girl's bathroom at Stone Bridge High School before, he said, to fool around.

The boy's attorney, William Mann, argued that because they'd had consensual sex before - in the bathrooms - he was reasonable in assuming consent on May 28.

The judge disagreed. The boy is also facing another sexual battery charge on a different girl at a different school in the district. That case has not been resolved yet, and he will return to court on November 15 for sentencing.

That other one might be consensual too. I can see why Obama and dems would think so anyway, just that they kind of got stuck between supporting transgenders and believing all women.
