Like the article said, why would you have a live round on the set at all?

I'm thinking an union worker was pissed they were bringing in scabs. They might have snuck in a live round thinking this would scare them (baldwin) and that the round would go off and no one would get hurt. (Even when filming your suppose to aim beside the target)

Anyway just a theory.

There are reports that the gun had prior to the shooting been used for target shooting off-set. It seems more likely the armorer, being an apparently ditzy twink, didn't properly unload the gun. The assistant director then failed to check her work before handing the gun to Baldwin.

No need for conspiracies when there's so much incompetence on display.

Then Baldwin fired the gun at the crew.

Missed that step for some reason.

He had it pointed towards a camera while rehearsing a scene. There were people behind the cameras. Weird that.

No steps were missing. I didn't think anybody would not know the gun was pointed at crew, particularly given two of the crew were shot. I also assumed people eoukd know he fired the gun as he was holding it at the time. For completeness I'd also mention that Baldwin had his nose on his face at the time of the shooting, just in case you should feel the need to mention that in a response.
