Chappelle is actually a Muslim jihad militant on a mission to conquer the United States for Allah and subjugate it under Sharia law.

Look up the YouTube of him on Jimmy Fallon. Notice how he's wearing military camouflage. That is to subtly suggest that he is in a position of Islamic military authority.
