This will be incident quickly buried unlike Jo Swinson. Media believes that broadcasting Muslim crimes provides aid and comfort to those they hate the most. The murderer will be quickly found to have mental problems (that were caused by whites, naturally) and that will be the end of it.

The guy who murder Jo Cox had mental health problems too but they never used that as an reason for his attack. It'll be interesting to see if the same happens.

Yeah. Either the media will swiftly move on or will pivot to a different narrative. On the latter, my guess is a broader concern for the safety of MPs, as if this is a significant risk for all MPs, not mentioning the specifics of this particular incident.

The last thing the establishment wants people to consider is the recurring problem of 'diverse' people being overrepresented in terrorism and other violent crime.
