Reporting news is not their business anymore. Their new mission is covering up news.

Just like in Fahrenheit 451 the "Firemen" became those people tasked with burning books.

I just checked the front pages of a number of news websites, including CNN, ABC and the ones you listed. The only one where you can get to an article about the Italy protests from the front page is CBS. Even AP's "World News" section is completely silent on the Italy protests. Just because you are able to find some some articles on the topic by Googling them does nothing to show that the story is not being suppressed.

Your title has nothing to do with news being on the front page or being suppressed. I post examples of the riots being reported. All of a sudden the news is now suppressed because it's not on the front page of the websites I listed.

Why would American based websites place what's going on in Italy on the front page? The riots alone does not warrant space on the front page. Americans tend to only care about what's going on in America.

If the news buries and suppresses its articles on a topic, this is effectively the same as not reporting on it at all.

As I mentioned in my previous comment, the topic is absent from world news sections as well, except for CBS. From time to time in the news you hear about random protests happening in the Arab world, but for massive anti-vaccine protests happening in Europe you can only find out about it on right-wing discussion boards.
